You are responsible for the processing of household, residential, quarry and travel cancellation damage and ensure that our customers receive help quickly and efficiently in difficult situations. All steps of the regulation make sure to act economically and service-oriented. This will help you to provide our customers with the best possible service and remain economical at the same time. You provide advice and support to our external service and ensure that all questions concerning damage processing are answered competently and friendlyly.

You have a completed training to /to the merchant for insurance and finance. Alternatively, you have a professional training and have collected several years of relevant professional experience in the insurance industry. Ideally, you bring experience in regulating property damage. This experience helps you quickly and effectively find solutions and provide a smooth service. Your communication skills, your negotiation skills and your consulting skills allow you to perform convincingly and to optimally advise our customers. Their strong service awareness and ability to work in the team help us to achieve the best results for our customers together as a strong team.

Work-Life-Balance: Our flexible working time regulation with a 38-hour week and 30 holiday days allows you to adjust your working hours in consultation between 7 am and 8 pm. Of course, any overtime that has been completed is paid out or alternatively can be celebrated.
