Number: MER00041ON At the Untertürkheim plant the heart of the automobile beats. Here, axle parts as well as casting and forging parts for vehicles, motors and gears are produced, which represents the largest value added at the Stuttgart site. Our high-quality products made of steel and aluminum can be found in almost all powertrain aggregates as well as in many current and future (electro) vehicle series. Your tasks: In the department of production planning structural parts drive & suspension we shape the future of production. The areas of die casting, gravity casting, forging, welding, surface treatment and mechanical processing are planned here – we make the production fit for the future! Your internship: You will be part of the team mechanical processing and material flow, which is based on new planning and retrofits or has specialised in the integration of new production lines and products. We also support pre-planning in the technical and economic evaluation of new products and projects. Your challenges: Support of the team in intralogistics/material flow planning

Participation in the planning and construction of plants up to ready-to-use transfer to the production area

General administrative activities and process optimization based on technical data

Communication with internal and external partners
