You are contact persons for internal business partners and business units

proactive exchange with the ZEISS Repair team to meet customer requirements

Recording and processing of complex customer orders in SAP S4/ Hana in compliance with all relevant requirements in the order filling process

You are responsible for creating offers

settlement of import and export shipments with forwarding processing

a successfully completed commercial vocational training (preferably as an industrial merchant) or a comparable qualification

Experience in order processing and very good knowledge in SAP (CRM and ERP)

a pronounced communication capability

a high degree of self-sufficiency and self-initiative and team capacity

good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
