We are looking for the next time Head of HR (w/m/d) for the Cluster Bayern Nord/Ost in full time In this responsible key position, you take over the strategic and operational management of the HR area for the Bayern Nord/Ost cluster. The HR department with its location at the Asklepios Klinikum Bad Abbach supervises a total of 3,500 personnel billing cases from several clinics belonging to the Asklepios Group. Medical care centers in the Bavarian area.

Total responsibility for all personal topics in the cluster You actively shape modern HR work and drive the further development of our HR structures Advice and support of management and executives in all HR issues Development and implementation of a future-oriented personnel strategy Control and development of HR processes and instruments Accompanying transformation and change processes Ensuring compliance with labour, tariff and operational standards Responsibility for personnel planning, controlling and budgeting Confidential cooperation with employee representatives Promotion of talent management, human resources development and employer branding Leadership and further development of the HR team in the cluster

Funded expertise in HR, ideally with professional experience in a hospital or other health care institution Current and practical know-how in business constitutional law and labour, wage tax, social security and collective bargaining The ability to identify, strategically evaluate and actively shape change processes at an early stage Embossed conceptual strength and joy of implementation with a clear view for practical and effective solutions Hands-on mentality paired with sovereign appearance, rhetorical sensitivity and pronounced communication competence
