They take over the independent IT assignment of the Nord region with several locations in Niedersachsen, Schleswig-Holstein, Hamburg and Bremen and ensure the implementation of uniform IT standards As a real IT specialist, you take over the administration and maintenance of the site server with all necessary services (DHCP, File, Permissions, Shares etc.) They support users in all hardware and software problems as well as peripherals (printers, scanners, USB devices) and support our helpdesk with a ticket system You can also perform more complex tasks in your field or within subprojects

You have several years of experience in the operation and administration of current Windows Server operating systems (2019, 2022 etc.) including server services (File, Print, Network) and Windows 10/11 based client systems as well as basic knowledge in the field of network infrastructure You know yourself with server hardware, bring hardware client identifiers and have basic knowledge with VM goods In addition, you have experience and knowledge in the area of Active Directory and in the area of M365 you have first administrative experiences You have a passenger car license, you also communicate in German, ideally also in English You also have a good technical understanding, a pronounced service and solution orientation as well as a structured and careful way of working
