Projektmanager (m/w/d) In this central function, you are actively contributing to the development of our management systems and supporting the sustainable guarantee of quality, environmental, occupational and health protection and energy efficiency within our network operation. About us We, FairNetz GmbH, are the network operator in Reutlingen as well as in many municipalities in the region, and with around 400 employees we provide the reliable and sustainable operation of electricity, natural gas, district heating and drinking water networks. The energy transition will be actively and forward-looking with state-of-the-art technology, intelligent distribution networks, the integration of renewable energies, innovative digital strategies or the promotion of electromobility.

Superior coordination and supervision of management systems according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 50001 Planning, implementation and follow-up of internal audits and monitoring and recertification audits by external certification companies Advising and supporting management in maintaining and developing management systems Analysis, optimization and improvement of processes, structures and management systems Coordination and maintenance of management documentation and further development of management manuals Support and advice for the areas of expertise in identifying and implementing improvements Promoting company-wide quality, environment, work and health awareness Participation in the strategic development of integrated management systems

Successfully completed studies, preferably in the field of environmental/process engineering, economic engineering, economic sciences or a comparable discipline Ideally qualifying as Internal Auditor (m/w/d) for ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards First professional experience in project management and in the handling of integrated management systems Imprinted communication strength and safe occurrence in exchange with internal and external contacts Analytical way of thinking, high understanding and structured and independent working Organisational skills and joy in cross-sector cooperation Safe handling of current MS Office applications
