You are responsible for the entire request-for-change (RFC) process – from request intake and evaluation to prioritization and successful implementation. You ensure compliance with governance, release and project standards and create transparency with respect to priorities, progress and risks in the project portfolio. You control cross-departmental IT and SAP initiatives in close cooperation with departments, internal teams and external partners. You establish efficient project structures – including resource planning, dependency management and escalation control – and continuously develop them. You will advise specialist areas on SAP solutions – in particular FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, WM modules – and evaluate business requirements taking into account existing SAP standards. You develop sustainable and scalable solution concepts in line with the IT strategy and target architecture. You identify optimization potentials, implement them along the end-to-end processes and actively promote initiatives for more standardization, automation and efficiency. You participate in the development of a powerful SAP consulting organization and appropriate governance and quality standards.

A degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Economic Engineering or a comparable qualification with IT background and SAP expert Multiannual professional experience in IT consulting or in an SAP-close consulting, delivery or project management function Funded knowledge of modern SAP landscapes, in particular SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA and ideally SAP BTP Detectional experience in managing complex SAP projects, transformation projects or change portfolios Deep understanding of cross-module SAP processes and integration scenarios as well as central end-to-end processes such as Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Supply Chain Management and Finance Experience in cooperation with internal stakeholders and in the management of service providers, e.g. in the fields of technical infrastructure, network services or implementation of software Impressed communication skills and sovereign stakeholder and partner management at different corporate levels Structured, analytical and solution-oriented mode of operation with high quality and earnings Ability to successfully combine strategic requirements, governance requirements and operational implementation
