These are your tasks:

• Guide financial accounting, including accounting, creditor and debitor accounting, and cash accounting
• Creation of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts by HGB
• Implementation of sales tax forecasts and cooperation with tax advisors
• Monitoring and analysis of financial performance indicators
• Support in optimizing processes and implementing new accounting systems

Take this with you:

• Completed commercial training or studies with a focus on finance/invoicing
• Professional experience in accounting, ideal in a similar environment
• Flowing German knowledge and good English skills
• Good knowledge of German accounting and tax legislation (HGB, UStG)
• Secure handling of MS Office, especially Excel, and ideally experience with accounting software (e.g. DATEV)
• Analytical thinking, team skills and a structured working method
