Selection and support of trainees Care of personal documents and master data in our HRM systems Answering personal questions from trainees and employees Communication with (vocational) schools, authorities and the IHK Coordination of onboarding processes Participation in projects and participation in fairs

at least one year of professional experience in human resources completed training as an industrial businessman or comparable high level of sense of responsibility and independent working friendly, binding occurrence Communication strength and creativity
