Acceptance and verification of customer orders Installation of customer orders in SAP with appointment with the MRP and the responsible project manager Sending order confirmations to the customer Adjustment of customer orders for time shifts Registration of goods receipts in line deliveries Appointment of timely deliveries of finished goods Creation of invoices and sending them to customers Sending reminders to customers Booking of returns and creation of the corresponding invoice cancellations Installation and maintenance of customer master data General correspondence and customer communication

Complete university studies (Bachelor/Diplom FH) of computer science, business informatics, digital administration management or a comparable qualification Vocational experience in IT infrastructure, ideal in the public sector Knowledge of budgetary and procurement law is advantageous Representative communication and cooperation capability and a high degree of organizational competence Self-employed work, resilience and readiness Good English knowledge of word and writing Knowledge in SAP (SD) and MS Office
