You want to help shape the future of research – through exciting stories, innovative formats and audiovisual media? In our Communication Team of Central Group Research you will become an important interface between research, media and communication. From editorial tasks to video production to participation in strategic communication projects, we offer you a comprehensive insight into the world of research communication.

The job is limited to one year at first – with successful cooperation, however, there is the possibility of extending or entering a further position at ZEISS.

Participation in creating, editing and voting content for various channels such as intranet, newsletters or presentations for business meetings

Accompanying internal events and content sharing (photos, videos)

Support in the video studio and in the Video-Self-Service-Studio as well as instructions for creating audiovisual media

Support in the design and implementation of moving image formats (storyboard, voiceover, editing, post-processing)

Coordination of video projects and organization of internal and external video shoots

Provide content (videos, blog posts, e-learnings) for the TechChannel as well as internal communication and learning platforms

Development of ideas for campaigns on technology topics

Research of technology and project related content and preparation for internal communication

Participation in the further development of internal social media channels and intranet pages

Monitoring the KPIs of relevant communication formats for deriving optimization possibilities (without responsibility for CRT-specific KPIs)

Studies in the fields of social media marketing, media technology, communication design, online media or a comparable degree programme

Experience in creating targeted content for different communication channels

Ideally first knowledge in communication design

Practical experience with Adobe Creative Cloud

Proactive, independent and structured operation

Very good knowledge of German and English
