Regulatory & Compliance Manager (m/f/d)

Regulatorik: You coordinate regulatory requests from authorities (e.g. BNetzA, BSI) and ensure timely, complete and regular responses. Authorities communication: You are the central contact person for authorities, conciliation agencies, police and law enforcement and conduct Lawful Disclosure as well as Lawful Interception processes. Security & Privacy: You accompany security and privacy incidents (Security Incidents, Data Privacy Incidents) in close cooperation with Security, Legal and IT. Documentation & Audits: You are responsible for legal security and compliance concepts, provide relevant documentation and actively support audit preparations. Compliance Operations: You coordinate internal and external partners to comply with regulatory requirements in the telecommunications environment. Process management: You optimierst operating processes (e.g. Mobile Number Portability / MNP) and monitor relevant KPIs such as BNetzA cases, MNP performance and regulatory inquiries. Post- & process processing: You process incoming authorities mail, manage processes cleanly and process cases independently depending on the complexity

Qualification: completed studies or comparable qualifications in the fields of business, technology, law or similar Professional experience: At least 3 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, ideally in the regulatory field, as well as experience in communication with authorities Expertise: Understanding regulatory requirements and security processes, including Lawful Disclosure/Interception and KPI-Reporting We are looking for a Regulatory & Compliance Manager (m/w/d) for our location in Düsseldorf Software knowledge: Secure handling of MS Office Language knowledge: German (mind.
