• Accompanying people with mental and/or physical disabilities in everyday life
• Support for as independent as possible
• Planning and organisation of household and life management
• Accompanied to doctoral appointments and authorities
• Support for social contacts and personal development
• Cooperation with relatives, legal supervisors & cost-beneficiaries
• EDV-based documentation
• Implementation of emotional stabilising measures

You bring (m/w/d) or educator, nurse, social teacher, social worker, pedagogue, special teacher, medical teacher, occupational therapist*in or comparable qualification

• Empathy, team spirit & reliability
• Joy in strengthening, motivating and promoting people in their skills
• Creative, flexible and solution-oriented operation
