Own-responsible implementation of the operational participation controlling deriving recommendations for action on sustainable value enhancement and performance improvement Development and further development of a meaningful reporting and control system for participations Management of planning, budgeting and forecasting processes including chance and risk assessment, valuation analyses and support for annual financial statements activities Advising and supporting management in value-oriented management and further development of the entire investment portfolio Coordination and cooperation with joint ventures, joint companies and corporate interfaces to ensure transparent reporting and control processes Participation in the strategic development of participations through the creation of decision-making templates, the support of strategic initiatives and the harmonisation of corporate and participation strategies

Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics or a comparable degree course Multiannual relevant professional experience in controlling, equity management, corporate finance, management consultancy or audit Ideally, professional experience in the energy sector as well as understanding the requirements of group and participation management Knowledge gained in the analysis of business performance indicators and in the areas of planning, budgeting, forecasting and value-oriented business management Experience in dealing with participation structures and in the creation of management reports and decision templates for management and management levels Result-oriented, entrepreneurial thinking personality with strong economic understanding Sovereign dealing with stakeholder structures and the ability to bring together different interests in a targeted manner
