Your responsibility In your role as a machine operator:in you support when you turn machines after the machine data sheets are specified. Other tasks are: Support in monitoring the system with respect to a fault-free process in production, if necessary adapting the machine parameters Support in carrying out simple repairs at the plants (view and measuring tools, roll change, etc.) Monitoring the voltage of the winder Conducting coil changes by means of forklifts and charging devices as well as creating a new conductor connection by means of resistance welding machine, cold-press welding machine or gas welding method Support during the guidance of protocols, e.g. buckles, e.g. rope bearings, pull-out speeds and lengths, etc. Support in the implementation of quality checks related to: Impact lengths, diameter, lengths, braking forces according to specifications, conductor resistances and logging of results
