Content Creation & Learning Platforms: Creation, maintenance and optimization of learning content in LMS/LXP systems Learning & Development: Support for projects, tenders and organisational tasks Learning formats & Communities: Planning, coordination and support of learning events Team Support: Creating presentations, organizing meetings and maintaining documentation Skill Management: Support for research, analysis and stakeholder management Data & Tools: Maintenance of dashboards and support in evaluations and digital tools

Studies: BWL (ideally with HR, marketing or communication reference) or a digital/IT-related study programme Practical experience: First experience through internships or student work activities Working method: Proactive, independent and responsible Teamability: Service-oriented and communication-strong Digital affinity: Interest in new tools and modern working methods MS Office: Safe in dealing with PowerPoint, Excel and Word Languages: Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
