For our clients, a family-run, internationally successful company in the metal industry, with more than 5,000 employees and worldwide locations, we are looking for a dedicated environmental expert (m/w/d) in an indefinite permanent position at the earliest possible time. In this responsible position, you contribute actively and sustainably to the protection of our environment by, among other things, responsible for conducting audits in the field of environmental protection.

(JBH/127295) Implementation of environmental audits Monitoring and implementation of legal requirements in environmental, waste law Advice, training and instruction of managers and employees on environmental issues Creation of recommendations for action in the environmental field Contact for authorities, external service providers and executives in the field of environmental protection Responsible management of the environmental management system according to DIN EN ISO 14001 and development and maintenance of internal standards for the integrated management system

Successfully completed subject-related engineering studies or a technician training with first professional experience (2-3 years) Wide knowledge in theory and practice in environmental, waste, immission protection and water protection law Analytical and independent working methods High communication capability, target group-oriented approach and a high level of service awareness Embossed readiness
