Structure, leadership and long-term development of the Accounting Team Responsibility for monthly, quarterly and annual accounts according to HGB Ensuring a professional main, secondary and in particular plant accounting, in an asset-intensive production environment Introduction and Optimization of Efficient Accounting Processes, Controls and Governance Structures With design of the ERP and system landscape (e.g. introduction and construction of MS D365, workflows, master data, confirmation logics, reporting, etc.) Further development of processes in the field of working capital, cash management and liquidity management Building a transparent and resilient reporting for management and investors Optimization, digitization and documentation of accounting processes Sparring partners for management, private equity companies, auditors and external consultants

Successfully completed studies in economics, further education on the account book holder or a comparable qualification Professional experience in accounting, ideally in a manufacturing company or medium-sized industrial environment Very good knowledge of accounting according to HGB and sound practice in monthly and annual accounts Good knowledge of German tax law, in particular turnover tax Leadership experience or the willingness to build an Accounting team and guide professionally Experience with ERP systems, ideally in Microsoft Dynamics 365, strong understanding of accounting processes, master data, workflows and internal controls Structured, analytical, reliable and hands-on mode of operation as well as safe occurrence, communication strength and team capacity German knowledge and good to very good English knowledge
