Project manager with a focus on technical building services (building services / cost group 400) (m/f/d)

In the role of the contractor's representation, you conduct comprehensive modernization and maintenance measures in the housing stock and in commercial objects. The main task is to control external and internal specialist planners and engineers (m/w/d) across all cost groups and performance phases, focusing on TGA. You are responsible for both economic, technical and timely success in compliance with the technical standards and specifications of the technical management. The focus is on the control and risk analysis of all phases, from project development, planning and preparation, as well as construction execution to acceptance and handover to management. The commercial and technical negotiation management is also part of your field of activity, including the implementation of tender procedures and the conclusion of planner contracts incl. the review of performance content counts. In addition, you take over the internal communication with the participating specialist departments regarding the planned construction projects and coordinate customer requests in the construction process. The current projects are, for example, conversion to heat pump heating, modernization of the central drinking water supply, but also photovoltaic plant construction and elevator modernization. To hand over the projects to the building, you will take part in VOB collections and will be responsible for the documentation of the building after completion of the project. The enforcement of quality standards in terms of the building stock is also one of your tasks.

You have completed their studies or are technicians/masters (m/w/d) of the technical building equipment or comparable and have several years of professional experience in the described field of work. In the EDV you can master the common office applications as well as ideally the project software ORCA and Pro Plan used by us. Class B driving licence is mandatory. Personally, you are characterized by an independent and independent way of working. You have a high organizational ability and a structured process-oriented thinking and acting. A sense of responsibility and willingness to use are of course for you. Your profile is rounded off by performance, enforcement, communicative skills and a binding occurrence.
