We are looking for a:n experienced:n department manager:in logistics. In this role, you take the responsibility for the implementation of operational, logistical processes and stand alongside your team as a contact person: always with an open ear. You are responsible for managing one of our departments and, through close cooperation with various areas such as purchasing, customer service and project management, ensure the efficient handling of all processes within your area You analyze relevant KPIs and reportings for deriving concrete proposals to optimize the quality and efficiency of our logistical processes Furthermore, you are responsible for the (cost-) efficient control and planning of capacities and personnel use to maximize productivity As department manager:in logistics you identify development opportunities in your team and promote a positive working atmosphere in a cooperative working environment

Complete business studies, logistics master:in or comparable, with at least 2 years of leadership experience in the logistical environment, preferably in an e-commerce company Good analytical skills and a comprehensive understanding of logistical and commercial processes as well as experience with warehouse management systems High level of enforcement, readiness to use, hands-on mentality and strong communication skills combined with strong sense of responsibility and a performance-oriented optimization approach Safe handling of MS Office and comparable Office Tools Flowing German and good English skills, other languages of advantage

Full transparency: For this role we have a salary band between €40,000 and €65,000 gross per year.
