CE Representative (m/f/d)

Your duties You are the central contact person for CE conformity and regulatory requirements within our projects. You accompany project teams on safety issues, develop existing CE processes and help ensure that our plants are implemented in compliance with the guidelines.

1. Conformity assessment in projects Support in carrying out conformity assessment according to the machine policy and other relevant EU guidelines (e.g. printing devices, ATEX, low voltage, EMC, RoHS, CRA, etc.) Contact person for basic questions about EU directives, standards and documentation requirements Examination and advice on the handling of CE processes in the conversion and expansion of existing old plants Participation in the creation and updating of risk analyses

Two. Conformity assessment at company level Coordination and standardisation of the conformity assessment process within the project portfolio Support in creating checklists and standard forms Processing of technical solutions from specialist departments for building blocks Development of CE concepts for projects with several GEA companies

3. Technical documentation Support in the design, maintenance and structure of technical documentation with regard to conformity Support in testing supplier documentation for compliance with EU Directives Ensuring traceability and archiving of all conformity documents

4. Quality and Compliance Monitoring and sharing of regulatory changes (EU Directives, harmonised standards) and their impact on project implementation Working with internal audits on CE processes Support in implementing audit findings measures

Five. Training and knowledge transfer Training of employees in the processing departments and sales Building and maintaining a knowledge base on CE topics (e.g. knowledge documents, templates, guides, processes)

Your profile Technical studies (engineering, process engineering) or comparable qualification Experience in process engineering, ideally in the EPC environment for liquid food Knowledge of CE conformity processes and relevant EU guidelines (machine directive, printing equipment, ATEX, EMC, low voltage) Safe handling of technical documentation and harmonised standards Ability to assess complex technical systems with regard to conformity Experience in risk assessment according to EN ISO 12100 Structured, analytical and solution-oriented operation Communication strength in handling engineering, project management and international stakeholders You can look forward to this Responsive position with great design space Key role in CE / Compliance / Regulatory Engineering National and international projects with high technical complexity Flexible working hours and up to two days of mobile work per week Attractive remuneration as well as grants for the Deutschlandticket and JobRad 30 days vacation, occupational pensions and health offers Individual training and development opportunities Collaborative working environment with high technical expertise
