Planning, control and optimisation of our perforation marketing campaigns in the fields of search, shopping, display and retargeting, as well as control of external equipment and partners Support and further development of our Customer Expe­rience Platform (CXP) to the customer's personalized address Support and development of our affiliate marketing and external partners Section management between e-commerce and social media including feed, tracking and shop connections Management and evaluation of marketing activities with brand partners including budget and success controlling Support for A/B tests and continuous optimisation of conversion rate and user journey Optimisation of the onsite search and filter structures for the best possible shopping experience Further development of inno­vative topics such as live shopping and video commerce Independent conversion of digital e-commerce projects as a cutting point between digital marketing and technology

Multiannual professional experience in digital marketing or e-commerce, a study or training in this field is advantageous Know-how found in the Perfor­mance Marketing with focus on search, shopping, display, affiliate marketing, and CRM and newsletter marketing Experience in conversion operation, A/B testing, and in the handling of marketing clouds and onsite technologies Technological concession for e-commerce processes, tracking, product feeds and digi­tal cutting points Analytical capabilities and experience in the data-based evaluation of Kampagne and KPIs Self­employed, struc­tured and solution­oriented working methods with high affinity for digital trends and innovations Com­munication strength and skill in handling equipment, service providers and partners The team spirit and the joy of working together with different areas of intersection Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing
