Development of application software for our innovative weighing technology products that are used worldwide. Work on modern industrial 4.0 solutions with OPC UA, automation and industrial communication. Use of current technologies and AI-based development tools. Creation of scripts (e.g. LUA) to adapt and extend functions. Implementation of code reviews and quality assurance. Possibility to take direct influence on architecture and technology decisions.
Completed study of computer science or training as a specialist (m/w/d) for application development. Multiannual professional experience in application development in the industrial environment. Knowledge of at least one script language (Lua, JavaScript, Python). Knowledge of industrial protocols and interfaces (e.g. OPC UA). handling and experience with CI/CD tools (e.g. Azure DevOps). Experience in the use of AI-based development tools (e.g. Copilot, Agentic AI). Basic knowledge of SQL and data modeling. Remarkable: Experience with object-oriented software development. High self-initiative and a structured and independent way of working. Joy in analyzing complex technical problems and developing sustainable solutions.
