In order to support our team in the Construction and Conservation Division, we are looking for you as a technician (m/w/d) in building data management at the next time.

Your tasks include:

• Data storage in the area of new construction and maintenance (building number allocation and application of the basic data in SIB constructions)
• Keeping and assuming control of the correct and completeness of the inventory overview plans as well as the building books, correspondence with the construction managers and construction supervisors
• Provide structural data for the test teams/quality assurance
• Preparation of tenders for e.g. construction tests and traffic control
• Organisation, documentation and advancements of team-internal workflows

You should bring this with you: (m/w/d)

• In-depth knowledge of construction engineering
• Experiences in dealing with all programmes necessary for the exercise of activity such as NWSIB-Online, SIBBW, AutoCAD
• Experiences in dealing with current MS-Office programs
