Tasks:

• Assessment of meat quality
• Disassemble the meat in parts
• Processing for meat and sausage products
• Smoked meat
• Season and preserve

Your profile:

• Carefulness (around with easily perishable meat and sausage products)
• Handicraft skill (e.g. dismantling animal bodies with knives and special tools)
• Skill and eye-hand coordination (e.g. when dressing meat and sausage products or when cutting, triggering, cutting meat)
• Conscientiousness (e.g. in respect of food and animal welfare regulations)
