Scrum Master / Team Coach (m/f/d)

You accompany two of our product teams and ensure their maximum effectiveness You make sure that agile values and principles – such as transparency, focus and continuous improvement – are lived in everyday work You support the teams in optimizing agile processes and in the constructive handling of challenges – both at team and organisation level With your holistic view of the organization, you identify team-wide fields of action and drive forward necessary changes, e.g. in the clarification of responsibilities and dependencies You accompany process optimizations, design workshops and moderate these targeted

You have several years of experience in agile teams, such as Scrum Master or Agile Coach – ideally in scaled or complex environments You bring sound knowledge in the field of agile methods and techniques, especially Scrum and Kanban, with You burn for the Agile Manifesto and its principles and are able to put them into practice Moderation, coaching and conflict resolution capabilities, as well as a sovereign occurrence in hybrid and remote setups characterize you You speak German (min. C1) and have good English skills (min. B2)
