Head of Energy Consulting (m/w/d)

The Bundesverband der Energie-Abnehmer e. V. (VEA) represents the energy and energy interests of its approximately 5,000 member companies from the energy-intensive middle class – and this has been 75 years since. As an energy expert of the middle class, we take care of all aspects of energy consulting for our customers every day with more than 150 dedicated employees. For the coming years, we have set ourselves the goal of significantly expanding both the quality and quantity of our consulting services. We are convinced that our expertise will help many other companies at the production site in Germany on their way to climate neutrality. Our consultants and project managers are personal contacts for the individual questions of VEA members. Market transparency, energy procurement, controlling and energy efficiency as well as management systems support are one of our core tasks. For this challenge, we are looking for a dedicated department management (m/w/d) to strengthen our team at the Hannover location at the next possible time.

Discipline leadership and coordination of one of our four consulting areas with currently eight employees Development and implementation of customer binding concepts as well as cross-selling approaches for our existing VEA members Implementation and further development of quality standards to support VEA members Coordination with the management of the three other VEA advisory teams Communication with the VEA departments via interface processes and further development of the VEA internal Quality management system in business Implementation of the economic objectives agreed with the management Regular reporting to management

Successfully completed university studies or comparable qualifications Multiannual professional and management experience in the energy sector Funded energy expertise Target and solution-oriented mode of operation combined with entrepreneurial thinking and action Very good communicative skills, sovereign occurrence and enforcement Very good knowledge of the German language in word and writing
