IT Security Manager - Security Protocols / Incident Response / Training Programs (m/w/d)

You monitor and manage the implementation and maintenance of robust security protocols to protect our IT resources and infrastructure You identify and eliminate existing vulnerabilities and operational inefficiencies to increase the integrity and reliability of the services You develop and implement training programs for employees to ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols You monitor service operations to ensure efficient and effective deployment and identify optimization options You work with cross-functional teams to evaluate security and service needs and coordinate initiatives to improve the overall security situation You conduct Incident Response activities to ensure a timely solution, and manage post-analysis and reporting

You have several years of experience in service or security management, ideally in the technology sector You have a sound understanding of security frameworks, compliance requirements and risk management You have proven experience in managing complex security situations and improving operational efficiency You have experience in developing and implementing training programs for employees in the areas of security and service management You have excellent problem solving capabilities with a proactive approach to addressing potential problems You have strong leadership qualities with the ability to lead and support cross-functional teams
