Service technician - Measurement technology / CNC control (m/f/d)

Renishaw is also one of the leading manufacturers of powder bed-based laser melting plants in additive manufacturing. Reinstallation and retrofitting of Renishaw products directly from the customer Independent troubleshooting and diagnosis of already installed systems Product-oriented and application-technical customer consulting Support in the integration of our products into customer-specific CNC processes Organisation and implementation of user training – both in-house and customer Transfer of technical feedback and ideas for product improvement to product management Telephone customer support for technical queries Technical support and support of the sales team Company representation through active participation in trade fairs

Complete training in mechanics, mechatronics, electromechanics, machining or a comparable qualification Practical experience in handling measuring technology in machine tools Safe operation of common CNC controls Embossed initiative, communication strength and joy in direct customer contact Good English knowledge of word and writing High readiness to travel on site
