Customer support: Professional, service-oriented customer support as the first point of contact with a positive, competent occurrence Active service sale: Own-responsible sale of services, accessories and additional products with real consulting claim Technical advice: Customer-friendly advice with high technical expertise – understandable, solution-oriented and brand-friendly Service processes: Ensuring brand-specific service core processes for a smooth and quality-secured workshop process Customer loyalty: Active design of sustainable customer relationships with the goal of highest customer satisfaction and loyalty

Technical qualification: completed technical or commercial training – ideally related to the automotive industry Industry knowledge: Finding knowledge of the product range as well as the accessories and services offered by the serviced brands Process understanding: knowledge of the core processes in the service and sales area of a car house absolutely necessary Communication strength: Embossed communication capability and secure, brand-oriented appearance to customers Complaint management: sovereign, solution-oriented handling of customer complaints Personality: Positive radiation, initiative, reliability and real service orientation
