As a service manager (m/w/d) at the location in the rather southern part of the federal state of Brandenburg, you take a key role in a highly specialized environment where reliability, technical excellence and customer proximity are of the utmost importance. You actively shape the further development of the nationwide customer service for commercial vehicles and equipment – both strategically and operationally.

Structure, optimization and expansion of the entire customer service for vehicles and equipment in Germany Further development of the service strategy and exhaustion of synergy potentials in cooperation with other service companies Leadership and coordination of the entire service organization, including: four regional service workshops, Germany-wide mobile service technicians, technical and commercial service services Ensuring and continuous development of quality, productivity, security, sustainability and customer orientation Budget responsibility for the entire service area

Multiannual experience in a leading service function, ideally in the commercial vehicle, special vehicle or technical environment Completed technical or economic training Business knowledge mandatory Embossed service and customer orientation Communication-strong, enforceable and at the same time empathic leadership personality High team leadership skills and motivation Strategic thinking and a solution-oriented, structured way of working Travel readiness (approx. 60%) Good knowledge of English
