• You expect a responsible activity in which you supply elderly and sick people with care needs at home – with heart and expertise

• You always have a look at the needs of our clients and with great commitment you can live as long as possible in their usual environment.

• You are actively and solution-oriented in everyday care and thus contribute to the best possible quality of life for clients

• You plan and evaluate the care within the care process incl. Nursing and planning

• You run a dedicated care team with about 15 employees and promote them in their development

• You create service and tour plans and thus control the use of your employees

• You work with 8 other executives in the management circle at eye level and share with them a positive, valuable working atmosphere

You for us:

• Senior Caregiver (m/w/d), Senior Caregiver (m/w/d)
• Multiannual professional experience in nursing – ideally in outpatient care, happy with leadership experience
• You are interested in self-responsible work, guidance, support and development of employees
• You go openly and friendly to people and care for respectful dealing with clients and their relatives
• Your daily action is characterized by empathy and sense of responsibility
• You like to work in the team and enjoy actively shaping, developing and enriching care with new ideas
• You draw your attention through predictive thinking and solution-oriented action and keep an overview even in challenging situations
• You identify yourself with our deacons
• You have good computer skills
