REQUIREMENTS

• Professional and disciplinary leadership of the electrical team of 16 employees in production
• Coordination and monitoring of all electrical engineering works in our shop construction projects
• Responsibility for the timing and quality implementation of all electrotechnical installations
• Electrotechnical order planning and detailed agreement with other departments
• troubleshooting, repair and testing of electrical machines, equipment, systems and assemblies
• Participation in the continuous optimization of processes and standards

PROFIL

• Completed training in the field of electrical engineering with further training as master / technician (m/w/d)
• Multiannual professional experience, ideal for interior design and shop construction
• Experience in employee management of advantage
• Self-employed and structured working and hands-on mentality
• Team skills, communication strength and organizational talent
