Observations due shall be forwarded to the competent authorities immediately and professionally. The preparation and implementation of therapeutic and diagnostic measures are one of the tasks and documentation of the effects of these measures. If necessary, changes in the planning of care are implemented. In addition, patient data, treatment planning, implementation and documentation are recorded. Another part of the body is the guidance and support of trainees and new employees to promote their professional development and integration into the team.
