Operations Manager Animal Care (gn)

You are responsible for managing and optimizing all operating business processes at the production sites Bremen and Visbek (+35 employees) You coordinate efficient processes in production, logistics and supply chain Always ensure compliance with quality, cost and time requirements as well as legal and regulatory requirements You act as coordinator in cooperation with other departments (e.g. sales, purchasing, HR, IT) and business partners You take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of the Operations team and actively promote the further development of your employees You plan and manage the operating budget For example, by analysis of key figures, you conduct measures to increase efficiency and then implement them in projects to improve the process (e.g. lean management, digitization)

You have a degree in Business Administration, Economic Engineering, Logistics or Similar at least 5-7 years of professional experience in a similar function, ideally in a feed or food production, have prepared for this task Your analytical thinking and your organizational skills characterize you You have experience both in leadership of teams and in project management You have fun working with Microsoft Excel and ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics Business Central You bring a high degree of self-initiative, joy of decision and hand-on mentality with Very good German and English skills complete your profile
