(Junior) Customer Service Specialist (m/f/d)

You are responsible for customer order management in SAP and accompany the entire customer lifecycle – from order receipt to invoice creation. You are the first contact person for our national and international customers and ensure smooth communication. You create revenue and action evaluations and derive relevant findings from them. You support cross-departmental projects and ensure a smooth process. You recognize potential for improvement in our processes and proactively promote their implementation.

You have successfully completed a commercial training or economic studies. You have gained first practical experience in project work and are ideally already familiar with processes in the export business. You work safely with MS Office, especially Excel and also SAP/S4 is at best not a foreign word for you. You put our customers in the centre and give your communicative kind of support. You have a quick understanding, are first-class organised and like to introduce you with your own ideas. You have good English skills in word and writing.
