The data center (RZ) of the University of the Bundeswehr (UniBw) Munich is a central service provider and strategic advisor for the IT supply of teaching, research and administration. It operates a modern and powerful data network on the university campus with a broadband connection to the German scientific network. As a project information security officer or project information security officer (m/w/d), you are headed by the data center of the UniBw Munich and the information security officer or the information security officer of the UniBw Munich. You work independently as a central contact person for all information security related issues of the data center. The portfolio of tasks involves the regular execution of service trips.

You advise the RZ leadership, specialist departments, users and IT services in all information security-relevant topics and issues You take over the creation, maintenance, implementation and monitoring of security policies, IT emergency concepts and information security concepts for IT systems and services You actively accompany the design of IT processes, system architectures and RZ projects according to the “security by design” principle.
