Your profile

• completed commercial training or successfully completed studies
• IT affinity
• Knowledge of project management
• safe handling of MS Office and knowledge in handling project planning tools (e.g. MS Project)
• fluent knowledge of German

Your duties

• Support of project managers in project planning, controlling, risk management
• Coordination and preparation of meetings and workshops as well as preparation of protocols
• Updating project documents, status reports and presentations
• Project documentation
• Project monitoring
• Planning, implementation and rework of events/workshops
