Data Manager Operational Costs (m/f/d)

Central responsibility for the collection, maintenance, quality assurance and further development of operational cost-relevant master data as well as ensuring a consistent and loadable data base for operating costs accounting, reporting, analyses and controlling. Development and implementation of standards, structures and models for systematic collection and maintenance of operational cost-relevant data. Creation, analysis and further development of evaluations, reports, ad hoc analyses as well as an operating costs benchmark in close cooperation with controlling and external service providers. Compilation, plausibility and analysis of operational cost-relevant data for sustainability reporting, energy management and climate balance. Support in the creation of heating and operating costs bills and in the calculation of additional cost advance payments. Examination, processing and consolidation of operational cost-relevant input invoices and participation in invoice processing, payment processing and additional cost accounting. Participation in cross-departmental projects and the further development of processes, systems and standards in operating costs management

Complete studies in the field of economics, real estate management or business informatics, or an immobility training, ideally complemented by a further education in the field of data management. Experience in handling ERP systems as well as in the production of heating and operating costs. Very good MS Office skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint, as well as good SAP skills. Relevant professional experience in finance, accounting or controlling; Real estate knowledge is advantageous. Very good analytical skills and high numerical affinity combined with a reliable, independent and targeted way of working. Ability to model, analyze and develop complex situations.
