Working in developing and implementing the desktop management strategy Administration, maintenance and further development of the M365 environment Configuration, administration and monitoring of software distribution based on Microsoft Intune, SCCM or comparable solutions Development of scripts for the automation and efficiency enhancement of the client landscape (e.g. with PowerShell) Planning and execution of roll-outs, possibly in coordination with other IT areas in terms of configuration and client software Error analysis and troubleshooting in the client environment Advising the departments for optimal use of M365 VIP support and support for individual software solutions 1st level support for complex enquiries Takeover of standby services

Complete study of computer science, completed training as a specialist informant or comparable IT qualification Multiannual professional experience in a comparable position Embossed knowledge in M365, Intune and SCCM or comparable software distribution solutions Experience in automating tasks with Microsoft PowerShell Knowledge of Group Policy (GPO) and CIS Strengthening Analytical thinking and the ability to work quickly into new tasks A high level of service and user orientation Good knowledge of English and knowledge of German (mind. level C1)
