(Senior) Functional Consultant / WMS Consultant Blue Yonder (m/f/d)

The Rhenus Warehousing Digital Solutions is an essential part of the Rhenus Group in the Digital Transformation of Industry 4.0. With an experience of more than 20 years, we create customized solutions for our customers (Rhenus branches) that are highly controlled by IT. In interdisciplinary crews we develop processes that we model with our software and continuously improve over the entire life cycle. As a Functional Consultant Blue Yonder, you create the interface between customer, logistics and IT, analyse requirements and develop solutions that enable efficient and sustainable design of logistical processes. Together with our customers, you analyze logistics processes, identify optimization potentials and advise on best practices within the Blue Yonder platform. Based on technical requirements, you develop solution concepts, formulate specifications and accompany their implementation within Blue Yonder WMS. The creation of user stories, test plans, acceptance criteria as well as project and system documentation is your responsibility. As a link between customers, departments and technical teams, you can ensure that requirements are understood and successfully implemented. From conception to implementation to go-live and hypercare phases, you accompany projects throughout the entire project life cycle. Through testing, quality testing and the continuous development of existing solutions, you will ensure stable and sustainable processes with our customers.

A completed study of Computer Science, Business Informatics, Logistics or a comparable qualification forms the basis of your profile. Multiannual experience with Blue Yonder WMS or comparable warehouse management or supply chain solutions characterize you. Finding knowledge of logistical processes as well as enjoying the analysis, design and optimization of complex processes will help you. Experience in creating specialist concepts, specifications, user stories or test concepts helps you to transfer requirements structured into solutions. An analytical, structured and solution-oriented way of working allows you to successfully combine different interests. Communication strength, excellent knowledge of English and the joy of working with customers, partners and interdisciplinary project teams round off your profile.
