As a helper metal (m/w/d) in Harburg, you support the production with clean manual work and a good look for detail. In the 3-layer work, you take simple but important steps in metal processing and ensure that the processes run reliably.

• You carefully carry out the metal base machining on workpieces and prepare materials for the next steps.
• When grinding, bending and drilling, you work precisely according to your requirements and bring the parts into the desired shape.
• You take individual steps in metalworking with concentration and a safe feeling for quality.
• The 3-layer work ensures a clear process in everyday production and gives you a solid structure in use.
• In the team you agree with colleagues so that material flow and processing work smoothly.
• Simple visual and quality controls are also part of this to ensure that the results are at the end.
• Cleanliness, order and responsible handling of work materials complete your day in production.

We are looking for

For the helper Metall (m/w/d), you fit well into the team if you like to work practically and feel comfortable in an ongoing production. Experience of 0-3 years is completely sufficient if you are reliable and can pack on.

• Ideally, you bring first experience in metalworking or in a comparable production activity.
• Basic knowledge of basic metal machining are helpful, as well as a safe handling of simple working steps such as grinding, bending and drilling.
• The work in the 3-layer system should be possible for you, as the operation is organized accordingly.
• You work carefully, you can be stressed and keep a clear head even in recurring tasks.
• Teamability, punctuality and responsible handling of tools and materials are important for this role.
• A location in Hamburg will suit you well if you can reliably reach the site in the working day.
