We offer young people with a need for training and training. In this context, multi-professional teams of trainers, social teachers, teachers and psychologists work closely together to support young people as best possible. As a pedagogical specialist, you accompany young people and young adults in their daily lives and promote them with a targeted and individual focus. You support residents in self-employment and professional stabilisation. You create a positive group atmosphere. You work constructively with all the actors involved.

You are social pedagoguesin or educatorin with social pedagogical orientation, have studied social pedagogy or social work. a training in the fields of youth and home education, work education, healing (or comparable) completed. You bring experience from the field of youth assistance and have the pleasure to accompany young adults on their way to self-esteem. You meet young people with empathy as well as humor and convey values and rules to them.
