As Support Specialist (m/w/d), you speak the language of our customers: pragmatic, solution-oriented and always at eye level. Your mission

Our software takes craftsmen off the annoying paperwork – from the costing to the offer to the finished invoice, including the product, customer and supplier management. You are the savior in need when our customers from the craftsman have questions about the application or in the office some hakt.

You will address our customers by phone, e-mail and remote access to questions about the use of our software. You help craftsmen to correctly display their offers, invoices and orders in the system and show them how to manage customer and supplier data optimally. If something doesn't go round, you're going to the cause, documenting mistakes intelligibly and pass them on to our developer team. You support new customers in the first steps (e.g. when importing article and address data) and help us keep the internal knowledge database up to date.

Ideally, you bring experience in IT or software support (for example as a specialist informatics or comparable training). Alternatively, you have a commercial training in the crafts sector (e.g. as an office businessman/wife in a craft business). Terms such as orders, gross and net, offerings, master data management and document management are not completely strange to you. You are patient, you can easily explain complex processes and do not lose the overview even if the tree is burning at the construction site. You have a high service orientation and real pleasure in facilitating the everyday business of the office. .
