You run projects for the comprehensive energy management of our markets (reconstruction and inventory) and take over the development and implementation of holistic energy concepts (planning, implementation and monitoring) You assess technical and economic planning for energy measures You are responsible for the management and quality assurance of professional cooperation with external partners and service providers You pick up offers, evaluate the results and support in the award You advise “on site” in our markets and at construction site appointments You analyze the measurement and consumption values of our Energy Management Controlling System (EMCS) In addition, funding advice as well as support in requesting and processing are part of your area of responsibility

You have completed your studies as an engineer or a further education as a technician from the fields of heating and climate technology, control technology or environmental technology, or equivalent qualifications acquired through professional experience and training You bring professional experience in building and plant engineering You show relevant practical knowledge in project management You have knowledge of funding (required) You are safe in handling IT applications including MS Office products and ideally energy monitoring systems You are inspired by their own initiative and enforcement strength as well as a pronounced communication capability You like to work in the team
