Division Controller - Group Controlling (m/f/d)

Creation of the Rule Reporting of the Homag Group and Communication to the Group and Shareholders Support and audit of the Group companies in the monthly, quarterly and annual accounts and in the planning process Creation of cross-company ad hoc analyses for the Management Board and the Shareholder Coordination of the planning process in the Group (multiannual budget planning and subannual forecasts) Central contact person of the Group companies in all questions of the Group Reporting (immediate consulting and coordination with other departments) Central contact person of the Group companies in all issues of IFRS accounting (indirect consulting and coordination with other departments) Working with SAP on Group-wide standardization of business processes Coordination of group risk reporting

Business-technical studies (Uni/FH), or comparable training with at least 5 years of professional experience at least 3 years of professional experience in a medium-sized company with corporate structures and international participations, ideally in an international industrial company of machine and plant engineering Experience abroad / proven intercultural competence (at least experience in cooperation with colleagues abroad must be present) Dedicated operational knowledge with experience in accounting according to IFRS Ideally knowledge of SAP-ERP, SAP-BW, SAP-SAC and diametrics Microsoft standard applications Ability to analytical thinking High autonomy and self-initiative Target and result orientation Communication strength Persuasion and enforcement Experience in dealing with foreign business partners
