Working Student AI and C# Development (m/w/d)

• Working with AI projects: support in the development of LLM-based applications, both internally and externally

• Automation & Process Optimization: Support for the development of smart solutions to increase efficiency in operational processes using AI

• Optimization of existing systems: With the help of the further development and fine adjustment of our Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) system including data processing

• Prompt Engineering: Support by formulating and improving prompts to increase the response quality of LLMs

• Proof-of-Concepts (PoC): Support for the design, implementation and development of innovative AI prototypes

• Continuous study of computer science or a comparable course of study

• Knowledge of object-oriented development in C# and .NET

• Experiences in Prompt Engineering and LLMs

• Ideal knowledge of RAG, ASP.NET and Python

• Enthusiasm for pioneering technologies such as artificial intelligence, cloud and automation

• Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing

• Availability of 16-20h per week
