For our customers, an international energy group, we are looking for you as an international team assistant (gn)

How does your working day look

• Support of the customer's unit for all operational, conceptual and organisational tasks
• Travel planning for domestic and foreign travel (travel planning, travel booking in SAP Concur, visa procurement, information management on travel cost policies, travel cost accounting)
• Order processing (collection of offers, coordination and execution of the order and invoice process in Ariba and SAP)
• Responsibility for organizing and supporting events (space booking, order catering, etc.)

What distinguishes you for the job

• Successfully completed commercial vocational training or comparable training with multiannual professional experience in the secretariat/assistance sector
• Fast conception, flexibility and adaptability as well as independent and proactive mode of operation
• Safe handling of Office applications (especially Outlook, Power Point and Excel), desirable experience with IT systems for ordering (e.g. One SRM / Ariba), travel booking system (e.g. Concur) and SAP
• Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
