Payroll and Time Management Specialist (m/f/d)

As part of an early planned succession, you will continue the successful work in the area of pay billing and develop it with your own ideas At the beginning of your activity, you actively accompany the ongoing outsourcing project of pay billing You permanently take responsibility for the entire billing of charges in cooperation with our external service provider and ensure a correct, timely and transparent billing of our salaries incl. Taxes and social security contributions You control all accounting processes, coordinate data delivery, manage the interfaces and check the quality of the invoices created You actively shape cooperation with the external payroll service provider, monitor legal requirements and accompany internal and external audits You design, control and develop all processes of time management and working time management and support the adaptation of working time models You are responsible for the time management system as a key user, form working time models and regulations and ensure the correct collection and documentation of working hours, breaks and absences You are an esteemed respondent for executives and employees in all questions about pay billing and time management and explain accounting understandably and service-oriented You take over the personnel management for a small, permanently assigned group of employees from recruitment to exit and are the first person to contact all personal topics

Successfully completed studies (e.g. business management or personnel management) or a commercial training, preferably with additional qualification for wages and salary, tax specialist or comparable qualification Very good knowledge as well as multiannual professional experience in payroll accounting, in particular in pay tax and social security law Safe handling of common payroll and time management systems as well as ideally first experience as a key user Very careful, accurate and structured operation, especially in the care, testing and processing of HR and billing data Excellent numerical understanding and good analytical skills for evaluations, plausibility checks and ad hoc analyses High reliability and integrity in handling confidential, personal data Very good German knowledge in writing and word as well as joy in handling and communication with our employees
