The aim is to identify, evaluate and pilot suitable key figures on selected processes in order to create transparency about the performance of processes and to identify potential improvements.
The bachelor's thesis is to edit the following work packages: Analysis of existing approaches for measuring process performance Research of methods, key figures and best practices in process management
Definition of a code number system for evaluating processes derivation of relevant performance indicators (e.g. transit time, quality, schedule, efficiency) Analysis and evaluation of possible key figures from the Aris BPM tool Development of criteria for selecting suitable indicators taking into account existing data sources
Application and validation of the KPI system Analysis of selected engineering processes Assessment of process performance using the defined key figures using AI tools Guideline of recommendations for continuous improvement Optional: Description of a rollout and implementation concept
